Descripción Gaina is a heat insulation coating, when applied acts as a heat shield reflecting 95% of the heat energy from the sun.\r\nGaina was developed as a result of a study carried out in conjunction with the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) investigating heat insulation materials against temperatures of 4000ºC on Rocket heads.\r\nThe project focused on completing the technique of hollowing ceramic beads in an aqueous emulsion, for simple application of high-tech engineering.
